Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on all orders $100 or more. Order processing will take 3-5 business days.

Irie Couture Boutique will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

Our Sales and Final Sales Items Policy

All sales are final (no Refunds)

All accessories are final sales (please see (Left) Return Policy)

Final sales items are not eligible for returns.

HOLDS

We will no longer be providing HOLDS on any item(s) without receiving payment first If you see an item you would like to purchase, please follow the checkout process and choose “Customer Pickup” to guarantee your item.

If you are a local customer and don’t want to pay shipping fees select code Customer Pickup to eliminate shipping costs.

Customer Pickup option is only available to customers who are in a 40 mile radius of Irie Couture Boutique and are able to pick up their items at near location during our normal business hours. If you choose this option and do not fall within these requirements, you will not receive your purchase unless shipping costs are paid.

Your items will be available for customer pickup within the next business day if placed by 12pm CST. If you placed your order after 12pm CST it will be TWO business days.

Irie Couture Boutique will only hold Customer Pickup items for 30 days after the order is placed. No exceptions. If the items are not picked up within 30 days of the order placement they will become the property of Irie Couture Boutique and will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
